Throughout my career, my guiding principle has been service above self, a dedication to aligning vision with action, people with process, and heritage with fresh thinking. Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege to lead in organisational development, project and programme management, and social cohesion across South Africa’s evolving landscape. My experience spans consulting, risk management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivering large-scale initiatives in both the public and private sector. 

Notably, I have helped steer the City of Opportunity initiatives in Johannesburg and Cape Town, and supported pivotal national milestones such as the 2004 Swearing-In of Members of Parliament and the Election of the President. Each chapter has deepened my conviction that progress is cultivated through structure, partnership, and trust.
